2 tsp Allergy_none salt
2 ribs Allergy_none celery , diced
1 Allergy_none carrot , sliced
3 cloves Allergy_none garlic , minced
1 cup Allergy_none lentils , washed
1 tsp Allergy_none rosemary , fresh
1 scant TBsp Allergy_none oregano , fresh
5 cups Allergy_none water
1-14 oz can Allergy_none tomatoes , diced
1 pd Allergy_none stew meat

Instructions: Cook all EXCEPT water, tomatoes and lentils, until meat is brown. Then add water and tomatoes and simmer 1 hr. Then add lentils and simmer amother 30 minutes.
