Cheese eggs

Recipe Servings: 1 Prep Time: 5 minutes Description: creamy scrambled eggs with melty cheese throughout Allergens: Animal, Cheese, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fermented Ingredient List:

Instructions: mix together eggs and cream, whisk thoroughly. Pre-heat skillet, using butter to coat, pour in egg mixture when butter is bubbly. Tear up slice of cheese and add to eggs while cooking over low-medium heat, turning and mixing constantly to prevent browning. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Also delicious if you add broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, chicken or any veggie or meat you choose by sauteeing first, then adding egg mixture and cheese.

What kind of cream can I use? This sounds really good.

OH, I use heavy whipping cream, or half-and-half, but be careful CAREFUL to get half- and half that only has milk and cream, NO CARAGEENAN.
